Invision display services will only use the information that we collect
about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We not share,
sell trade or rent information. We are obliged to disclose information,
if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government
authority. Invision does not make use of web cookies.
Invision Refund Policy
Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective for reasons of faulty
workmanship or materials and in the case of fabrics not cut. For all returns,
except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay
for the return of the product(s) to us. If you arrange for us to collect
the product(s) from you, the cost of this will be charged to you and may
be deducted from any refund to you. No goods will be accepted for return
without prior agreement.
To return any products to us, please:
1. Notify us immediately.
2. Return within 7 days of receipt.
3. All returned goods should be in both their original condition &
packaging.
Upon the return of the items you will receive replacement goods, a refund
or credit minus the original carriage costs.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of
posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where
the item returned is faulty.
